I Was Unable to Board Flight Due To Misguidance by Turkish Airlines

I purchased a same-day round-trip ticket from Turkish Airlines to Cyprus. The ticket, costing around ₺4500, was for a departure at 13:20 and a return at 20:55 on 24.10.2023. Despite arriving at the airport at 12:00, I was constantly redirected from one counter to another, faced unanswered questions from staff, and was told to check the information board. This went on until 12:40, when I was finally informed that I could not enter Cyprus with a driver's license. After all the delays, I was told the flight had closed. When I requested to convert my ticket to an open ticket, I was informed that only the tax could be refunded. Not only did I endure significant hassle, but I also felt deceived. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I believe the service provided was undeserving of any payment.
