Turkish Airlines Flight Ticket Invoice Issue

I purchased a flight ticket from Turkish Airlines on 28-04-2024. On May 3rd, I contacted the customer relations department to convert my individual invoice to a corporate invoice. Despite providing my company details, no adjustments were made. Subsequently, I was advised to create a feedback report. The response I received to my feedback stated that I could only adjust my E-INVOICE until May 10th, and that I would lose this right afterward. Even though I called on May 3rd to make the adjustment and this information is recorded in Turkish Airlines' system, no opportunity was provided to update my company details, leaving me in a difficult situation. When I requested a thorough investigation, I was repeatedly told to create feedback reports without any resolution. I have created feedback three times and received the same response each time. I am at a loss for what to do.
