I couldn't Receive Refund from Turkish Airlines TK Wallet

I had my ticket refund processed to the TK wallet because I frequently travel with Anadolu Jet and thought I would purchase another ticket from them. I approved the transfer of the amount to the TK wallet. Later, without any prior notification via message or email, I learned that these two companies had separated, and I could not use the refunded ticket amount from Anadolu Jet, now known as Ajet, with them. As a result, Turkish Airlines seized the refund from Anadolu Jet, citing the company split, without any warning. Currently, I can only use this money for Turkish Airlines flights, but the issue is that there are no direct flights from my location with Turkish Airlines. I request the refund to be credited back to my credit card as soon as possible.
