On December 2nd, my flight TK 1096 from Tivat Airport to Istanbul Airport, scheduled for 12:50 PM, was canceled just 2 hours before departure via a message. I contacted customer service and changed my ticket to a flight from Podgorica Airport to Istanbul Airport at 5:00 PM on the same day. We were informed that we would be transferred from Tivat to Podgorica by shuttle at 1:00 PM. As we were about to board the shuttle, we learned that our Podgorica flight was also canceled. Observing the take-offs and landings from where I was staying in Tivat, I witnessed 3 or 4 planes taking off and landing today. I believe these cancellations are entirely the fault of the company and attributing them to weather conditions is a cheap solution typical of a low-cost airline. Due to these cancellations, my business meeting on Saturday evening was disrupted, and I lost the opportunity to spend Sunday with my family. I want to express that I will pursue all my rights to the fullest extent regarding this matter.
