I Experienced Inconvenience Due To 6 Hour Delay of Flight By Turkish Airlines

We were on Turkish Airlines Flight 7523 from Antalya to Sabiha Gokcen. We tried to board the plane, but it was delayed for 5 and a half hours. The current situation at the airport is chaotic. Around five other flights have taken off, but for some reason, our flight has not departed, and there is no information available. They offered us a dry sandwich and water after 3 hours, but it's been nearly 6 hours now, and we still have no updates. We waited with children among other passengers, and it seems like some people were given preferential treatment. Everyone here is suffering; it's been 5 and a half hours with no proper information, refreshments, or efforts to address our inconvenience.
