I Experienced Flight Delay and Poor Service with Turkish Airlines

I purchased a ticket with THY to travel to Mardin. For the flight with PNR code WK5HMM, an email was sent around 5 AM. At the airport, I learned that the flight would depart at 11:00 AM. Honestly, who checks their email at 5 AM? No one wakes up from sleep to check emails. Anyway, as an apology, they offered a sandwich, but it was already 11:00 AM and we were about to board the plane. The sandwich seemed like it came straight from the freezer, it was so cold that it was impossible to bite into, so I threw it away. When we boarded the plane, it was 11:55 AM and the flight was just about to take off. There was no explanation or apology, nothing at all. The staff checking tickets while boarding were scolding people. We were already tense, having been waiting since 6:00 AM. The treatment we received was really inappropriate; we do not deserve this. Even the captain did not make any announcements.
