I Can’t Change My Turkish Airlines Flight Due to Website Errors — Please Fix the System

I've been trying to make changes to my international flight with Turkish Airlines, but their website and mobile app continue to malfunction. Every attempt to update my booking online ends with error messages, making the process frustrating and time-consuming. Since the digital tools aren't functioning, I’m forced to call customer service to make the changes. But instead of recognizing the inconvenience, Turkish Airlines adds an extra fee for handling the request over the phone. This doesn’t feel right—why should customers be charged more simply because the airline’s system isn’t working? I’m asking Turkish Airlines to please fix this issue as soon as possible so I can update my flight without further delay. It’s not fair for passengers to be charged extra when we’re only trying to work around a system that doesn’t function properly. I’d appreciate a timely solution.
