Turkish Airlines Website Won't Let Me Change My International Ticket

I'm frustrated with Turkish Airlines because their website and mobile app constantly fail when I try to change my international flight ticket. This issue isn't new—I've encountered the same problem in previous years. Every attempt results in error messages, leaving me with no choice but to contact their customer service. But then, unbelievably, Turkish Airlines insists I pay an extra $15 fee just for making a ticket change over the phone, despite the fact it's their own website that's malfunctioning!
Why should customers be penalized financially for the airline's own technical problems? Turkish Airlines needs to fix their online systems immediately and waive the phone booking fee caused by their errors. Stop shifting your system failures onto passengers and resolve this urgently!
