H Class Ticket Cancellation Issue of Turkish Airlines
Dear Sir/Madam,
On 12/10/2023, I purchased an Economy Promotion ticket for the Istanbul-Miami flight and an H Class Economy Flexible ticket for the Miami-Istanbul return flight on 04/12/2023.
I completed my Istanbul-Miami flight on 12/10/2023. After arriving here, I decided to cancel my return ticket due to the conditions here. However, when I contacted your customer service, I was informed that the ticket was non-refundable and that only ₺800 would be refunded.
If everything was certain, I wouldn't make a foolish decision to spend ₺21,000 on a return ticket. I am attaching the relevant screenshots which clearly state that full refunds are possible. This is misleading.
I am including all ticket inquiries and screenshots for you to look over. We don't earn money easily and don't cancel for fun. We make transactions based on the conditions you provide. Therefore, I request a full refund to the card I used for the purchase. Please do not mislead people. I am also sending this complaint to CIMER, Star Allianz, and other complaint platforms. All visuals and your conditions are attached here.
