Today, I had to purchase my flight ticket for ₺19,182.46, as all your flight prices were showing this amount. Just one minute after buying the ticket, when I checked again, all flight times for that day had dropped to around ₺13,000. Due to the significant price increase, I had to choose the most economical class available.
There is something wrong with your systems, and many people have complained about this online. I demand that the price difference be refunded to my account for the prices that dropped within one minute.
Please do not give me your standard responses like 'prices change according to demand'. How is it that prices always go up before purchase and then drop for all flights of the day right after?
