Frequent Operational Issues with THY Flights
Our Istanbul-Podgorica flight scheduled for 02.09.2024 at 14:45 was canceled due to operational reasons, and we changed it to the 07:20 flight on the same day with no extra charge. However, my Brussels-Istanbul flight in June was also changed due to operational reasons, and I couldn't fly on my original flight. Previously, in October, my Brussels-Istanbul flight experienced a mandatory seat change, preventing me from sitting in my chosen seat. As a regular passenger, I want to fly at my preferred time, flight, and seat, for which I pay the full fare, but this seems increasingly difficult. I am very curious about these operational reasons that cause such frequent problems lately and expect an explanation. This issue makes us hesitant to choose THY.
