Frequent Flight Delays with Turkish Airlines

For the past year, my spouse has been traveling between Istanbul and either Mus or Van every two weeks due to academic responsibilities. Flights departing from Van and Mus frequently experience delays, and the planes do not take off at the scheduled times. Today, for instance, the 8:00 AM flight was delayed to 8:20 AM and eventually took off at 8:55 AM. This delay amounts to half the flight duration. Such delays, especially for evening flights, make it difficult to use public transportation after landing. Istanbul Airport is quite far, and using Havaist or taxis every time is not feasible. We have to work the next day, and these delays cause significant inconvenience. Throughout the summer, we also faced issues with overbooking on flights departing from Istanbul, making it uncertain whether we could board the plane after check-in. Why is there such a lack of professionalism? Tickets are already sold at the upper limit. I would like to receive feedback on this issue and see these problems resolved.
