Turkish Airlines Staff Issues and Flight Delays
I have been flying with Turkish Airlines for years. Due to my profession, I take at least 2-3 domestic flights a month. However, recently I have been experiencing several issues with the staff at Turkish Airlines. Particularly on international flights, I have faced significant problems. There is also serious congestion and disorganization at Istanbul Airport. I find it difficult to get information, and I have concerns about the staff's level of training. Despite always arriving at the airport early, I waste a lot of time trying to change my ticket to reunite with my family sooner.
I am repeatedly redirected to find the ticket change point and experience long waits during this process. This situation indicates a lack of management and training, wasting people's time. I wish I could receive service from a more organized and knowledgeable staff network without facing these issues.
