Turkish Airlines Delayed My Flight For Several Times
On September 28, 2023, I purchased a ticket for the Van to Istanbul flight scheduled at 20:00. I received a message informing me that the flight would be delayed. Initially, the delay was to 21:05, then to 21:50, and finally to 22:40. While waiting at the airport, I was verbally informed that the flight would be further delayed. The flight eventually took off after 23:30. Due to missing the Havaist schedules from Istanbul Airport and my limited financial situation, I had to stay at the airport. I missed a very important appointment the next day. This entire ordeal caused me significant stress both financially and emotionally. Such actions from a well-established company have caused inconvenience to all of us. I request that appropriate actions be taken.
