Frequent Delays on My Turkish Airlines Flight

Hello, there are too many delays on THY Malatya-Istanbul flights. I am from Malatya, and many of my relatives and friends use these flights and have many complaints. We don't know why it can't be planned properly, but it happens constantly. Last month, I was informed of a 30-minute delay one hour before the flight. The plane was delayed by 30 minutes, but they started boarding at the scheduled time. Last night, the flight was scheduled for 23:40 with no delay notifications or announcements, but boarding started at 23:45 and the plane took off at 00:10. Officially, there was no delay. This is my complaint for two flights in the last month. I have experienced this many times at Malatya airport. Many people around me say they have never seen these flights depart on time.
