Credit Card Refund Issue for Istanbul Flight of Turkish Airlines
Hello. On 03.08.2023, I purchased a flight ticket from Kars to Istanbul through Turkish Airlines Karbal Tourism. I wanted to pay with my credit card, so I entered my password. However, the lady there informed me that I couldn't complete the transaction with my credit card and needed to pay in cash. I went to the ATM and made the payment in cash. When I boarded the plane, I noticed that ₺1169 had been charged to my card. I called to report this, and they assured me that I would receive a refund. It has been 3 months, and I have not been able to establish any contact. The phones are not being answered. When I last went to Kars, I was informed that THY had been notified, but they had not taken any action. Despite more than 3 months passing, no payment has been made. The phones are not being answered, and there is no response.
