Mercedes-Benz CLA 220 Radar Warning and Safety System Failure

I purchased my new Mercedes-Benz CLA 220 from the Davutpaşa dealership. Since the very first day I took delivery of the vehicle, I have been receiving a radar warning and have been unable to use any of the vehicle's safety assistance features. The vehicle is only one month old, and although it has already been at the Davutpaşa dealership for approximately 20 days, no concrete action has been taken to resolve the problem.

Even though my vehicle has only approximately 1,000 kilometers on it, the instrument panel continuously displays the warning, “Driver assistance systems – Functions are restricted. Please drive carefully and consult the owner's manual,” and I am unable to use the vehicle's safety features. When I took the vehicle to the service center, I was told that a software update would be performed. However, I was then informed that the vehicle would not accept the software and that the system was unable to install it. I was subsequently told that the relevant component might be defective. Despite the fact that such a serious safety-related malfunction has occurred in a vehicle that is so new and has such low mileage, the process continues to be delayed and no clear solution has been provided. This situation is causing me serious inconvenience, both in terms of my safety and my expectations from the vehicle.

For this reason, I request that the vehicle be replaced on the grounds that it may be defective, or that a permanent and trouble-free repair be carried out as soon as possible. I kindly ask that this matter be resolved without further delay and that I be contacted by phone with an update.
