Midasbuy Payment Incomplete but Whiteout Survival Frost Stars Missing

On September 19, 2026, at around 1:00 AM, I purchased a package through Midasbuy for Whiteout Survival that included 499 Frost Stars and cost approximately $5. Although I completed the payment by bank transfer from my bank account, the transaction status on Midasbuy still shows “Payment Incomplete,” and no balance has been credited to my game account.

When I contacted my bank, I was informed that there was no issue with the transaction and that the payment had been successfully completed. However, when I try to contact Midasbuy, I am only directed to an AI support screen. I cannot connect with live support or a real representative, and my issue remains unresolved because I keep receiving the same automated responses.

I request that the 499 Frost Stars I purchased in exchange for my bank transfer payment of approximately $5 be fully credited to my Whiteout Survival account, or that the payment be refunded to me. I kindly request that my issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
