Turkish Airlines Broken Stroller at Adnan Menderes Airport
In my complaint with file number 2023287864, our stroller was delivered broken at the end of our flight in Izmir. The staff at the lost baggage unit did not inform us that we needed to upload these documents to the Turkish Airlines website within 7 days and did not provide us with the report number or a copy of the report. For 14 days, we have been stalled due to missing items in the file. It's like waiting for exam results, constantly refreshing the page to check the status. Neither an official nor customer service has taken any steps to assist. They expect the customer to do everything; prepare every document, every code, and they just approve it. I knew Turkish Airlines was a globally renowned company, but after this incident, my opinion of the company has changed negatively. Our issue is still unresolved.
