Turkcell Line Closure and Unresolved Billing Issue
My phone line with the number *5334****13 was closed without my knowledge. I went to a Turkcell store and was given a new line. I submitted my documents, but despite not using the line, I was still charged a bill. After two months, the line was closed, and no representative reached out to me. To make matters worse, they issued me a debt.
I visited the store where I obtained the line, and they treated me disrespectfully, showing no concern for my situation. I want my line reactivated and my billing charges waived. Please help me with this issue. I am having difficulties with the building we live in, and I feel that I have been wronged by Turkcell.
"5334870513 this line is still not activated, could you please look into this matter?"
I still haven't received a response. We are Turkish citizens here. Is no one hearing my voice? I was literally scammed by the Turkcell store. I submitted my documents and got the line, then they closed the line and charged me. We didn't even use it for two months. I want this issue to be resolved.
My issue still hasn't been resolved, no one has called me yet. What kind of Turkcell is this, can it be this problematic? How small is this company? I am very regretful.
