Turkcell Incorrect Charge - Line Disconnection Dispute

On October 13, 2025, an incorrect charge of 3,420₺ was applied to my Turkcell postpaid line, and my line was subsequently disconnected. I have experienced a similar issue before, and this is the second time it has happened. I contacted customer service to dispute the charge, but I received a negative response and no solution was provided. I request that the incorrect charge be corrected and my line reactivated.
