Turkcell Refused My Payment and Let My Phone Debt Grow
I purchased a phone in installments from Turkcell Pasaj. However, I lost my job and couldn’t make the payments. Even though three months have passed, Turkcell has not transferred my debt to a collection agency. During this time, my debt increased from ₺21,000 to ₺31,000. What’s more frustrating is that no one has reached out to me to discuss a payment plan or offer support during this period. They are not offering any payment flexibility or proposing any solutions. I even went to a Turkcell store in person, hoping to resolve the issue, but the staff said they couldn't do anything. In fact, even though I wanted to make a payment a week ago, Turkcell refused to accept it. I do not accept this situation, and I will file complaints with every authority I can.
