Turkcell Cut Off My Internet on Another Line Despite No Outstanding Debt
The bill for my phone line ending in 0334 has not been paid, and as a result, Turkcell also disabled internet access for my other phone number ending in 5660, which has no outstanding debt. This feels highly unfair and unjustified. It’s as though they are saying, "If you don’t pay your bill, we’ll cut off the internet for your other number too." I strongly object to this situation. While they cannot provide a valid legal basis for their actions, they claim it is stated in their contracts. When asked how they can enforce such a practice without proper justification, their response is simply, "It’s in our contract," as if that overrides everything else. This approach is deeply concerning and not something that customers should have to endure.
Are you aware that I am paying you an invoice in return for the service I receive (which I sometimes do not receive)? What difference does the risk situation make? What you are doing here is like trying to collect the unpaid taxes of a citizen who doesn't pay their taxes from someone else. I would speak more harshly here, but Şikayetvar edits what I write, so it would be a waste of my time.
