This feels highly unfair and unjustified. It’s as though they are saying, "If you don’t pay your bill, we’ll cut off the internet for your other number too." I strongly object to this situation. While they cannot provide a valid legal basis for their actions, they claim it is stated in their contracts. When asked how they can enforce such a practice without proper justification, their response is simply, "It’s in our contract," as if that overrides everything else. This approach is deeply concerning and not something that customers should have to endure.
