I am highly unhappy with Turkcell's service. In this day and age, one would expect a top GSM company to have resolved its network problems. However, that is not the reality we are facing in 2024. Even though Turkcell is one of the pricier choices in Turkey, its network performance is surprisingly poor. I've been experiencing ongoing issues with connectivity, dropped calls, and weak signal strength, even in urban areas where one would anticipate excellent service. It's frustrating to be charged a higher price for a service that seems below par. I highly recommend that anyone planning to visit Turkey steer clear of Turkcell SIM cards under any circumstances. This company is failing to meet its commitments. I am disappointed with my decision to choose Turkcell and will not be repeating that choice in the future.
Turkcell has made an advertisement claiming to be the company that invests the most. However, in Denizli province, Honaz district, Cumhuriyet neighborhood, Deniz street, inside the building, Turkcell doesn't have coverage. Other countries are sending vehicles to Mars and bringing them back, while we are experiencing network issues. My God, is this a joke? You know how to increase prices by 500%.
