Turkcell Gave Me No Signal Even at Home

Thinking it was the best option, I switched to Turkcell from another operator I previously thought wasn't that great. I wish I hadn’t. The service is terrible. I have no signal at all. My previous operator was actually fantastic. They offered plenty of bonuses and I never had any issues with reception anywhere. Turkcell is no longer a quality operator by any means. At the first opportunity, I’ll cancel my subscription, even if I have to pay a penalty. I can’t even get a signal at home, and I live on the second floor. If it were the basement, I’d understand but there’s no excuse for this. I’m even struggling to submit this complaint because the signal is so bad.
