Between July 8 and July 13, several unauthorized withdrawals—approximately five in total—were made from my QNB credit card under the name “Tumile AP.” I noticed these transactions much later, and I did not approve any of them. The last four digits of my card are 9794. I did not start any membership or purchase through the app, nor did I receive any notifications regarding these charges.
I state that these transactions were carried out without my permission, and I request a full refund of all amounts withdrawn.
