Unauthorized Azar App Charges on Credit Card — How to Get a Refund

Even though I have never used the Azar app or started any kind of membership, several unauthorized charges — including $1 and other varying amounts — have been made to my credit card without my knowledge at different times. I found out about this from my spouse, and these transactions, listed under the name “Azar” on my card statement, were made completely without my permission or awareness.

I suspect that my card information may have been obtained by someone else. If there is any account or subscription in my name within your app, I request that it be canceled immediately. I also ask for a full statement of all transactions made so far and for all charges to be refunded to me.

I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
