Matchpub Charged My Card 5 Times Without Account or App Usage

On April 2, 2025, my card was charged five separate times by Matchpub without my knowledge or consent. The total amount withdrawn was unauthorized. I have never signed up for Matchpub, nor have I ever downloaded the app on my phone. I was completely unaware of these charges until I checked my bank statement.
This situation has caused me significant stress and financial concern, especially since I had no interaction with this platform whatsoever. It’s unacceptable for any service to process payments without user consent or an active account.
I demand a full refund of all unauthorized charges and a written explanation of how this occurred. Please investigate this urgently and resolve the issue within 14 days.
