I Face Unauthorized Withdrawals by Yoho App From My Bank Accounts

Even though I have never signed up for any membership or subscription on the Yoho app, I recently discovered that large unauthorized withdrawals have been made from both my Akbank and Garanti Bankası accounts for several months. In particular, additional withdrawals occurred from my Garanti Bankası account on September 13, 14, and 15, and similar charges were made to my Akbank account in previous months. None of these transactions include any explanation regarding their purpose, and I couldn’t find any corresponding payment records or confirmations within the Yoho app.
After noticing the issue, I contacted my banks, but I haven’t received any resolution. I also couldn’t reach anyone from Yoho’s support team. My Yoho username is TR78000. I am requesting the cancellation of all unauthorized payments and a full refund of all amounts withdrawn from my accounts to date.
I kindly ask that this serious issue be resolved as quickly as possible.
