Requesting Refund for Unauthorized Tumile Charges That Emptied My Account

Tumile withdrew three separate charges of $150 each from my bank account even though I did absolutely nothing and never authorized these transactions. I want a full refund. My trust in Garanti Bank has also decreased, because I don’t understand how my money could be sent to this platform without my approval. We don’t earn our money easily, yet these charges were taken—even from my overdraft account.

I request an immediate response and a full refund of the unauthorized withdrawals.
