While using the Yoho voice chat app, I discovered that large unauthorized charges were made to my Akbank credit card, which was linked to my Apple device. Specifically, on May 30, 2025, June 3, 2025, June 4, 2025, June 5, 2025, June 6, 2025, June 7, 2025, June 13, 2025, June 23, 2025, and June 24, 2025, around ₺80,000 in total was withdrawn from my card without my knowledge. None of these transactions included any explanation or purpose, and there are no receipts or transaction records related to these charges within the Yoho app itself.
When I realized what happened, I immediately removed my card from the device and submitted a refund request through Apple, but my request was denied. I then contacted Akbank to dispute the transactions again, but I haven’t received any results yet. I also tried to reach Yoho’s customer support, but there was no response or direct contact option. My Yoho account ID is 81448553, and once I started questioning these charges, my account was banned from the platform.
I urgently request that my issue be resolved, all unauthorized charges refunded, and an immediate solution provided. I also ask for full compensation for the financial loss I’ve suffered.
