
I was scammed through a Telegram channel using Trip.com’s name and logo, which resulted in a ₺45,000 loss. When I contacted Trip.com about the situation, they simply stated that their brand name and logo were being misused by third parties. However, this does not resolve the issue or help me recover my money.
As a customer, I expect Trip.com to take responsibility for protecting its users from such fraudulent activities and to act against the misuse of its name. I will be filing a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office and pursuing legal action to recover my funds. Trip.com must take immediate steps to address this issue and ensure its platform's security for customers.
