Trip.com withdrew money from my card without my consent, and I can’t reach a single person to explain what’s going on. There’s no proper customer service, no one to speak with, and absolutely no accountability for the unauthorized charge.

When I contacted my bank, they told me that Trip.com’s weak payment system might allow charges without proper verification. That’s unacceptable. I never approved this transaction, and yet they took my money with no explanation, no receipt, and no follow-up.

Trip.com, you are misusing your customers’ trust. You can’t just charge people and disappear. I demand a full refund of the unauthorized ₺ charge and immediate contact from someone who can resolve this issue. You are responsible for every transaction made through your platform—start acting like it.
