Trip.com Charged Me $47.50 for a Ticket I Never Bought or Authorized
I recently discovered that $47.50 (₺ equivalent) was charged to my credit card by Trip.com for a flight ticket I never purchased. I never logged into the app, never searched for a flight, and absolutely did not authorize this transaction.
Somehow, my card details were used without my knowledge, and a ticket was issued under my name or account. This is deeply concerning, especially because I’m a student and cannot afford to lose this money over something I didn’t even do.
Trip.com, I’m urgently asking you to investigate this issue and refund the full amount immediately. This is not just a technical glitch—it’s a serious breach of trust and security. I did not buy a ticket, and you have no right to keep my money. Please take this seriously and resolve it now.
