Trendyol Returned My Damaged Order and I Lost the Discounted Price I Paid

I placed an order on Trendyol during a really good campaign. Six days passed and I still hadn’t received my package, then I was devastated by a message saying my order was damaged during shipping and would be returned. Not only will it take 15 days for me to get my money back, but the prices of the items I bought have also gone up. An item I bought for ₺1300 is now priced at ₺2000. They offered no compensation for the difference, and they held my money for a week before forwarding it to the bank. The bank says it will take up to 10 business days to process the refund. Honestly, I feel let down. My money lost its value, and I don’t plan on using the Trendyol app again. I’ll be deleting it.
