Still No Shipment of My Trendyol Order

I purchased a keyboard-mouse set from Trendyol on January 12th for ₺700. After a week, the tracking indicated that the package was in transit, but unfortunately, it never reached its destination. I reached out to Trendyol's support on several occasions, but unfortunately, there was a lack of clear communication. Interestingly, I found out today that it was returned without my knowledge. I didn't start a return, and now the price has skyrocketed to ₺1000. This is incredibly aggravating. This is a total scam.
