Falla Won't Refund My Accidental $4,000 Purchases

While using the Falla app, I accidentally made in-app purchases totaling approximately $4,000 using my debit card. These purchases were made on different days and over several months, and I did not intend to make these transactions.

As soon as I realized what had happened, I contacted Falla and requested that the mistaken purchases be canceled and the money refunded. Unfortunately, I have not received any meaningful assistance, and my refund request has not been addressed.

I am requesting that Falla review these accidental purchases and refund the approximately $4,000 that was charged to my debit card. I also ask for a written explanation regarding the outcome of my request and the company's decision.
