Falla Exposed My Photos and Ignored My Privacy Complaint
I have an account on the Falla platform, which is available as both a mobile app and a website, under the username "Kaosyucel" and associated with the email address HKh***@iyinguo.com**.
Today, I discovered that my personal information and my real photographs had been shared by other users on the platform without my knowledge or consent. I believe this is a serious violation of my privacy and personal security.
After discovering the issue, I contacted Falla's support team. Instead of investigating the matter or helping resolve it, the support representatives asked me to send my personal photo again and made comments that I found disrespectful and degrading. Their response was unprofessional and showed little concern for user privacy or safety.
In addition, my account was suspended twice without any explanation. Although my account is currently active again, I have never been told how long my personal photos and information were visible, who accessed them, or how they were shared. As a result, I have lost confidence in the platform's ability to protect my personal data.
I request that all copies of my personal photos and information be permanently removed from the platform, that I receive a detailed explanation regarding my account and the handling of my personal data, and that Falla investigate the conduct of the support staff involved in this matter. If this issue is not resolved, I intend to pursue all available legal remedies, including claims related to the unauthorized use of my personal information and any damages resulting from these privacy violations.
