Trendyol Refunded My Coat Hanger Without Delivery or Consent
On August 27, 2025, I ordered a coat hanger through Trendyol for ₺149.99 (Order No: 10462187278, Delivery No: 9702815625), to be delivered to Düzce/Akçakoca. My product remained undelivered for 13 days, and when I contacted customer service, I was told a request had been placed for it. However, on September 8, 2025, my order was refunded without my consent, and the money was deposited into my account. I repeatedly explained that I did not want to return the product and was only waiting for it to arrive. To make matters worse, the same product is now being sold at twice the price on Trendyol. After the refund, I called customer service again to ask why Trendyol Express had failed to deliver the product and returned it without my request, and why I should now be forced to buy it at double the cost. The representative kept saying they understood me but offered no solutions. After this experience, I will never order from Trendyol again and will be removing the app from my phone. Trendyol has been a complete disappointment for me. My expectation is that the product I originally ordered be resent at the original price, and I demand that my grievance be resolved.
Trendyol didn't even feel the need to get in touch. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience they caused. No company that does not prioritize customer satisfaction can survive for long. Trendyol has forgotten this.
