Falla App Charges Reached $798 Through Google Play

While using the Falla app on my old phone, I reviewed my Google Play transaction history in detail and discovered that a total of $798 had been spent through the app over a long period of time. I do not remember the exact transaction dates because, at the time, I honestly did not realize that these payments had been made or that the total amount had become this high. Seeing a total of $798 in charges has seriously concerned me because of the size of the amount.

After using the service for a while, I now believe that the total amount I paid was far too high compared to the value of the service provided. I no longer find this spending reasonable or acceptable. I have not previously contacted Falla through the app or any other channel; this is the first time I am raising this issue through a formal complaint.

I request that the transactions made through Google Play under the account linked to m********@Gmail.com**, totaling $798, be reviewed and canceled, and that the amount be refunded to me in Turkish lira based on the exchange rate applicable on the transaction dates. I also request that this matter be investigated and that I receive a written response.
