Falla Ignored Serious Harassment Through Private Chat

About 30 minutes ago, I experienced a very disturbing incident on the Falla Voice Chat Rooms app (User ID: 5563786). Through the app's private messaging feature, another user sent abusive messages containing threats, bullying, harassment, and violent language directed at both me and my family. The messages were deeply disrespectful and caused significant emotional distress.

I am still able to access these users through the app, which means they can continue contacting and harassing me. It is unacceptable for a platform to allow this type of behavior, especially when it targets not only individual users but also their families.

I request that Falla immediately investigate the accounts responsible for this harassment, including the individual involved and their partner, and take appropriate enforcement action, including account suspension or permanent removal if warranted. I also urge the platform to strengthen its moderation and safety measures to better protect users from bullying, harassment, and abusive behavior. User safety and emotional well-being should be treated as a priority.
