Trendyol Hasn't Delivered My ₺1300 Order Placed for a Special Occasion
The order I placed on Trendyol on October 16th is still showing as "in transfer," and I can't reach Trendyol Assistant for support. No information has been provided. All of the other orders I placed on the same day, even custom-made ones, were delivered days ago. The cost of my order is ₺1300. I’ve experienced the same treatment from Trendyol multiple times, and it’s truly disappointing. I had placed this order for a special occasion, but it didn’t arrive in time. I expected it to be delivered by Monday at the latest, but I'm still waiting. They said I would get a response within 2 business days, but I’ve lost track of how many days have passed now.
Progress
The order I have been waiting to be delivered for 10 days was just canceled without my knowledge, and no explanation was given. Neither during the order process nor when it was canceled, and I have experienced the same treatment from Trendyol multiple times. I want it to be delivered as soon as possible.
