Trendyol Order Trouble, Stuck at the Same Level for Weeks!

I placed an order on June 23rd, but it still hasn't arrived. To make matters worse, when I contacted Trendyol about the missing order and requested a refund, they informed me I would have to wait an additional 6 days for the refund process to even begin! This is on top of the month I've already been waiting for the order! You are responsible for ensuring I receive the product I paid for, and that includes promptly processing a refund if the product is unavailable. This delay is a clear sign of a lack of customer care. If I don't receive an immediate refund for my 100 TL order, I won't hesitate to pursue legal action through consumer protection channels. Additionally, I will share my experience on social media to expose Trendyol's disregard for customer satisfaction.
