Trendyol Rejected My Return for DeFacto Shorts Too Small
We were excited when Trendyol launched its international services, but unfortunately, sellers are sending defective products or items with strange cuts and sizes that don't match the standards. Most of the time, dealing with returns is not feasible. This time, we ordered three DeFacto shorts, which turned out to be extremely small, and although they are not underwear, my return request was rejected—even though I contacted customer service right after delivery. I even provided photos showing the product condition and size discrepancy, but they were completely ignored. Trendyol’s international customer service and shipping process have been a complete disappointment. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved. Otherwise, I will file complaints with the Consumer Rights authorities in both countries.
