Trendyol Sent Back My Defective Product Without Resolving My Complaint

Trendyol watches from the sidelines as its customer suffers, doing nothing to help. I purchased a product from the Trendyol shopping site that turned out to be defective, and I wanted to return it. I sent the item, worth thousands of ₺, back to the seller, who kept it for almost a month, claiming it was under inspection. They eventually sent it back, saying it wasn’t defective. When I received it, the product was still broken and unusable. I’ve kept Trendyol updated throughout this process. However, Trendyol continues to side with the seller, telling me that waiting this long is within the seller's rights, thereby prolonging my distress. They seem to accept that the product was returned to me in its faulty condition and that the provided service contact number was unreachable, leaving me to wait yet another week as they claim they’re trying to obtain a valid service contact number from the seller. Trendyol has now suggested that I send this defective, low-quality product to service on my own. Really, Trendyol? Why am I unable to return this broken item directly to you? Haven’t I already paid enough? Why do you keep taking money from me and worsening my situation against my will? Enough is enough, Trendyol—fix this issue and resolve this injustice.
