Trendyol Didn't Pay My Money Back, Repeating Transaction For One Order

On May 9, 2024, because of some internet problems, Trendyol went ahead and charged my credit card twice. And get this, they still haven't bothered to give me my money back after all these days. Can you believe it? It has been 12 days. When I reached out to the bank, they informed me that the money had been transferred to Trendyol. However, despite my persistent requests, Trendyol has been unwilling to issue a refund. The customer service is completely unresponsive when it comes to this matter.
