Pocket Option Blocked My Account And Has Not Refunded My Money
I am an Indian user of the Pocket Option trading platform and I currently have 2,530 INR stuck in my account. My account was suddenly blocked and I can no longer log in or access my funds, even though this balance was clearly available in my Pocket Option account before the block. After the block, I received an email from Pocket Option Support stating that my account was banned for an alleged violation of clause 2.2 of the Public Offer Agreement. In the same communication they requested proof of payment for my deposit made on 16 August 2026 so that they could start the refund process. I complied with this request and sent them the proof of payment on 17 August 2026, including the confirmation of a successful deposit to my trading account via PhonePe. Despite sending the requested documents, I have still not been able to recover my money, and my account remains blocked. I have not been given any clear, detailed explanation of what exact action supposedly violated clause 2.2, and I consider it unfair that my funds are being held even though I cooperated fully and provided proof of payment. I kindly request that my full available balance of 2,530 INR in my Pocket Option account be refunded to me as soon as possible. Since my account is blocked, I am not asking for trading access, only for my existing funds to be returned. I expect Pocket Option to complete the refund process promptly and to stop holding my money without proper justification.
