BDG User Has Been Locked

I am writing regarding my BDG Game account, which has been locked. My BDG ID is 23063*** and since 17/08/2026 I have not been able to access my account. When I try to log in, I receive the error message “Error: 116 User has been locked” and I am completely unable to enter the game. I do not know the exact reason for this lock and I would like my account to be reviewed and reopened. This account is important to me and I would like to continue using it normally. I kindly request that you check my BDG ID, inform me of the reason for the lock if possible, and unlock my account so that I can access my game again as soon as possible.
