iPhone 14 Pro Screen Flickers and Suffers Pixel Damage After Battery Replacement
On July 7, 2026, I had the battery replaced on my iPhone 14 Pro at the Troy Gordion Store in Ankara and paid $140 for the service. To preserve its original parts and condition, I have always had my phone serviced exclusively at authorized repair centers and have never brought it anywhere else.
Yesterday, following the battery replacement, light suddenly began flickering in the background of my screen, and pixel-related distortion appeared on the display. I believe this issue was caused by damage inflicted on the screen during the battery replacement process. Due to my job, my phone is of critical importance to me, and this malfunction is severely disrupting both my work and daily life.
I demand that you acknowledge the error made during the battery replacement, repair the screen malfunction free of charge, and restore my phone to fully working condition. I request an urgent resolution to my grievance.
