Trendyol Missing Order and Delayed Refund



On March 24, 2024, I made a purchase with order number 8257354374 on Trendyol. The seller quickly handed it over to Trendyol Express the following day. It kept getting moved from one warehouse to another within Istanbul, but for some reason, it just couldn't manage to leave the city. After reporting the issue, they shifted into investigation mode. Eventually, I found out that Trendyol had started the refund process for my order which never arrived. Still, no sign of the product or my money, even though it's been 8 days. Trendyol does not seem to prioritize customer satisfaction as they often respond with a simple apology for losing the product. The call center staff requests that I remain on hold without providing any definitive responses. Can you please let me know the status of my payment? Nowhere. Excuse me, but could you please let me know the whereabouts of the product? Nowhere. Why is my refund taking so long to process?
